Enjoy the taste of your favorite treat with this simple ThickenUp® Clear recipe for Pureed Brownies or Bars.

Ingredients:
2 brownies or bars* (2" squares)
3 Tbsp. 2% milk
2 scoops ThickenUp® Clear

pkg. *Brownies or bars should not contain nuts, seeds, dates, coconut, raisins or other particulates that will not puree to smooth consistency.

Directions:
1. Crumble brownie/bar pieces into a blender or food processor. Add milk and puree until smooth.
2. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Use 1/4 cup pureed brownie/bar per serving. If desired, use a spatula to flatten and shape puree to resemble a square.
5. Leftovers may be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 week.
