2 (3-inch) cookies*
1 Tbsp. 2% milk
1 scoop ThickenUp® Clear

pkg. *Cookies should not contain nuts, seeds, dates, coconut, raisins or other particulates that will not puree to a smooth consistency.

1. Crumble cookies into a blender or food processor. Add milk and puree until smooth.
2. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Use 2 Tbsp. pureed cookie per serving. If desired, use a spatula to flatten and shape puree to resemble a circle.
5. Leftovers may be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 week.
