Enjoy your favorite fruit cobblers or crisps with this recipe using ThickenUp® Clear.

Ingredients:
1 cups prepared fruit cobbler or crisp
2 Tbsp. 2% milk
2 scoops ThickenUp® Clear

Directions:
1. Place fruit cobbler or crisp and milk into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Pour pureed cobbler or crisp into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Heat gently prior to serving, if desired.
4. Leftovers may be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 week.
