pkg. *Suggested canned fruits: peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, pineapple, apricots, Mandarin oranges, mangoes, grapefruit and cherries. pkg. Either heavy syrup or juice-packed fruits may be used. pkg. Make sure that all seeds/pits have been removed.
1. Place canned fruit into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Pour pureed fruit into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
