Ingredients:
1 cups strawberries hulled, thawed and drained
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. (7 1/2 scoops) ThickenUp® Clear

Directions:
1. Place strawberries into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Add sugar and ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Pour pureed strawberries into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Use 1/3 cup pureed strawberries per serving.

Serving Suggestion
Divide each serving of pureed strawberries into three small mounds. Use a spatula to shape each mound to resemble an individual strawberry.
