Use this ThickenUp® Clear recipe for Chicken, Turkey, or Tuna Salad as a light lunch or as a sandwich filling with pureed bread.
1 cups chicken, turkey or tuna salad
1/4 cups 2% milk
2 scoops ThickenUp® Clear

1. Place salad and milk into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Pour pureed salad into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Leftovers may be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 week.
