Ingredients:
6 oz. roast beef cooked
1/3 cups water or beef broth
3 scoops ThickenUp® Clear
1/2 cups carrots cooked and drained
1 tsp. butter or margarine melted
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. (4 scoops) ThickenUp® Clear
1/2 cups green peas cooked and drained
1 tsp. butter or margarine melted
2 scoops ThickenUp® Clear
1/2 cups stewed tomatoes cooked
1 tsp. butter or margarine melted
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. (4 scoops) ThickenUp® Clear
1 cups prepared smooth mashed potatoes
pkg. Paprika, salt and pepper, as needed

Directions:
1. Place cooked roast beef and liquid into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
3. Spread pureed roast beef into a small casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place in refrigerator until next layer is ready.
4. Place cooked, drained carrots and butter or margarine into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. A small amount of water (1-2 Tbsp) may be added in order to achieve a smooth consistency.
5. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
6. Spread carrots over roast beef layer and refrigerate until next layer is ready.
7. Place cooked, drained peas and butter or margarine into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. A small amount of water (1-2 Tbsp) may be added in order to achieve a smooth consistency.
8. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
9. Spread peas over carrot layer and refrigerate until next layer is ready.
10. Place cooked stewed tomatoes and butter or margarine into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
11. Add ThickenUp® Clear and mix briefly to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down sides of container to make sure all ThickenUp® Clear is blended in.
12. Spread tomatoes over pea layer.
13. Spread mashed potatoes over tomato layer. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper, if desired.
14. Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
15. Portion approximately 1 cup per serving.
16. Remaining servings may be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 week.
